Coworking Space Alcobaça informs that the premises are under video surveillance, pursuant to Law No. 1/2005 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Formal Notice to Users
We inform that Coworking Alcobaça has installed a video surveillance camera in the corridor of the space, with the purpose of reinforcing the security of people and property.
Purpose
- Security of people and property at the Coworking Space Alcobaça premises.
System Coverage
- The system covers common areas only — entrance and corridors.
- There are no cameras in private offices, bathrooms or other private spaces.
Retention Period
- Recordings are kept for a maximum period of 30 days.
- In the event of a security incident or legal obligation, recordings may be kept for a longer period.
